She is a K-12 education leadership, school administration, instructional coaching, and academic operations professional with experience in school principal leadership, instructional supervision, assessment coordination, staff development, ELA data analysis, student discipline, scheduling, fiscal management, and teacher evaluation. She currently serves as School Principal at IDEA Public Schools. Her background includes principal-in-residence work with IDEA, assistant principal leadership with KIPP Texas Public Schools and Garrett Middle School, and academic coaching in Cobb County schools.
