Monique Swindle

Monique Swindle is a seasoned sales and business development leader with over 20 years of experience in the CPG industry. She currently works at Mars Snacking following the acquisition of Kellanova, where she previously held roles after starting at Kellogg. Her career began in category management and sales analytics, with a natural progression into sales. She holds a degree from the U of A and has completed Cornell training for women in leadership, Dale Carnegie classes, gap training, and other continuous education opportunities. She has received recognitions including the Golden K and a team award for front-end business expansion, along with earlier recognition from Kellanova.
