Her Interview
Ten minutes with Monisha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the advice that you are your own limit. There is so much that you can achieve in life, but you have to open your mind to it and say that I can do it. You have to set your mind to something and work towards it. If you set limitations on yourself, you become your own hurdle. Every time I come towards a major crossroad, I say no, I can do this, and the path clears itself.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The greatest piece of advice is that you are your own limit. There is so much that you can achieve in life and so much that you can do, but you have to open your mind to it and say that I can do it. You have to set your mind to something and work towards it. If you set limitations on yourself, you then become your own hurdle.
