About Morgan
Morgan Brett is a healthcare and health technology leader serving as Director of Clinician Success at Ambience Healthcare in Houston, Texas. She brings more than a decade of hands-on clinical experience, including nearly five years in orthopedics, to her work at the intersection of clinical care, technology, and customer success. Morgan joined Ambience Healthcare in 2021, initially focusing on direct customer support, and has since advanced into a leadership role overseeing a growing team of Clinical Impact Specialists responsible for clinician communications, training, software implementation, and customer success across healthcare organizations in North America.
Before transitioning into health tech, Morgan developed a strong clinical foundation through roles at Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, where she progressed from Medical Assistant/Scribe to Clinical Team Lead and Surgery Schedule Manager. She also worked as a Medical Scribe with ScribeAmerica and as a Pharmacy Technician with CVS/pharmacy, gaining experience in patient care, clinical documentation, communication, medication management, and healthcare operations. Her diverse clinical background gives Morgan a practical understanding of the challenges healthcare professionals face and informs her approach to helping clinicians adopt technology that improves workflows and reduces administrative burdens.
Morgan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Houston, with areas of focus in biology, psychology, and honors medicine, and completed additional studies at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her professional expertise spans clinician success, healthcare, artificial intelligence, customer success, software implementation, process improvement, and client relations. Passionate about using AI to give healthcare professionals greater capacity to focus on patient care, Morgan plays an important role in helping clinicians successfully integrate emerging technologies into their daily workflows while supporting the broader transformation of healthcare through AI.

I attribute my success to determination, hard work, perseverance, continuous learning, and leading by example while striving to make a meaningful difference.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to stand up for what I believe in, speak up because my voice matters, and never be intimidated by others. I believe in standing tall and being proud of who I am.

Enjoy the process while striving for excellence. Empower your team, lead with kindness, and always treat others with respect.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity is harnessing AI to empower healthcare professionals, helping them work more efficiently and deliver better care.

The values most important to me are perseverance, positive leadership, and uplifting others. I strive to keep moving forward, bring positivity to those around me, and make a meaningful difference every day.
