About Morgan
Morgan Bryson is the Operations Manager at her brother's automotive accessories and parts franchise store, a role in which she handles operations along with aspects of human resources and marketing. She has supported the business on and off for six years and began working there full time this year. Bryson previously built a career in the food service industry over 17 years, progressing from busser and server to front-of-house manager before helping open a restaurant in Monument, Colorado. In 2021 she launched and operated her own food truck, TOS, which offered healthy salads, wraps, snacks, drinks, and housemade dressings while accommodating vegan, vegetarian, and meat-eating customers. She holds an associate's degree in business and two associate's degrees in culinary arts, though much of her practical knowledge came from hands-on experience. Bryson attributes her professional drive to a dedication to growing businesses, having previously enjoyed building her own venture and now finding value in expanding her brother's operations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Just dedication to growing something. I really loved growing my own business, but there's so much value now in growing my brother's business, and just continuing with that dedication. It keeps me going.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be yourself, and don't be afraid to express yourself. Share your opinions. But also have a bit of humility, and listen to advice. See if that does apply to your own life, and just know that people can provide some valuable insight from angles that you can't see it at.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and communication. Being honest with yourself and the people around you is definitely the way to go.
