Morgan Collins

Morgan Collins serves as Regional Account Manager and Business Development at Carvajal Pharmacy, where she is building the company's first business development department across Texas. With 12 years of experience in healthcare, she began her career after graduating from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor's in Science in Human Development and Family Studies and minors in Gerontology and Psychology. Early roles included working at a senior living facility and then as a marketing liaison at an inpatient rehab, where she developed a successful program admitting patients from homes and skilled nursing facilities. This led to her relocating to San Antonio to turn around a struggling inpatient rehab facility, achieving Marketing Team of the Year honors for three quarters and a CEO Star Award. She later worked with HCA before joining Carvajal Pharmacy. Collins is a member of the Texas Nursing Home Coalition and draws on her personal journey of overcoming learning disabilities to emphasize that diagnoses do not define professional potential, allowing her to serve vulnerable patients in post-acute care with empathy and perseverance.
