01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't sell yourself short. Going into a new industry where my education background was not related to sales or customer service, I felt limited... but throughout changing industries, what I've realized is it really doesn't matter what your background is focused in, you can sell yourself into any platform. So, don't sell yourself short, believe in yourself, go for that crazy one-off that you don't think could ever happen.
