Her Interview
Ten minutes with Morgan
01What do you attribute your success to?
Through all my life, even when I did not know it, God was pursuing me and pushing me to the career and the life I was created for. He showed me how love and having compassion for others will make a better world, and he showed me that redemption is possible and hope is everywhere around us.
My parents, my biggest fans and my greatest allies. They wanted all my dreams to come true as much as I did and I have been blessed. I love you mom and dad.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
All it takes to change the world, is a small group of people that care.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be kind to yourself, your young and your beautiful and you are trying your best. Sometimes we hit the mark and sometimes we miss it completely; you can't have success without failure so accept the failure and get back up.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The amount of people that don't know, don't care, or don't say anything about human trafficking. This industry has more money then the entire music industry in the world, yet people are not rioting, they are not standing up even as it happens under their nose. The biggest challenge, is making people care. We, as a society, have the opportunity to come together and change the world.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

be humble, be honest, be bright
