Her Interview
Ten minutes with Morgan
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think a lot of things, but I think, ultimately, like, the power of the people in my network. I have been very blessed ever since I moved to Chicago to have an amazing network of people behind me that have been willing to push me and challenge me and guide me and help lead me to a lot of the pathways that I've pursued.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I think the best career advice I've ever received is don't underestimate the power of serendipity. So I'm a planner, and I would love to have the next, you know, 5, 10, 15 years planned out to a T... but that is extremely overwhelming, and unfortunately, you just can't plan for a timeframe of exactly what you want to happen and win. And so, one of my career coaches had told me, don't underestimate the power of serendipity.
