About Morgan
Morgan Weinblatt is a fundraiser and non-profit executive with over a decade of experience in the Jewish non-profit sector. She currently serves at Goodman Jewish Family Services of Broward County, where she oversees events, fundraising, marketing, communications, and grant work for an organization supporting vulnerable populations including low-income individuals, seniors, neurodivergent adults, Holocaust survivors, veterans, and those experiencing food insecurity or domestic violence. Weinblatt began her career after a transformative trip to Israel in college, which strengthened her Jewish identity and led to an internship and subsequent role with Hillel. She has worked in Long Island, NY, Miami, and Broward County, building relationships to connect donors with community needs. Her educational background includes a master's in art therapy from her alma mater Hofstra University and a certificate in Jewish philanthropy from Yeshiva University in New York, which provided foundational knowledge in understanding motivations for giving within the Jewish community. Weinblatt is actively involved with the Association for Fundraising Professionals, Yodea (focusing on BRCA gene education and testing), and gives back to Hillel at Hofstra University. In 2023, she received the JCS STAR Award from her previous organization, Jewish Community Services of South Florida. She advises professionals to talk to everyone, remain curious, and never burn bridges, as relationships often lead to unexpected opportunities.
