Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to taking on responsibility early, staying adaptable, and performing well under pressure. Advancing quickly into management roles allowed me to build confidence, strengthen my leadership skills, and cultivate a results-driven mindset from a young age.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received came from the leaders and teams I worked with at organizations like SambaTV and Rise. Being entrusted with responsibility early on, along with their support for my professional growth, taught me the value of taking initiative and continuously developing my skills.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to take ownership early, ask questions, and trust in your readiness for leadership opportunities. I’ve learned that growth often comes from stepping into responsibility, even before you feel fully “ready.”

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in programmatic advertising today is keeping pace with rapid platform changes, heightened performance expectations, and evolving data privacy standards. At the same time, these shifts present significant opportunities for those who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and guide data-driven decision-making for clients.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I place a high value on accountability, growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in my community. At work, I focus on delivering strong results, while outside of work, I prioritize giving back through nonprofit involvement. Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about community service, particularly addressing homelessness through my nonprofit board work. I also deeply value continued learning and professional development, especially in the fast-evolving world of digital advertising.
