What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the lessons I learned from over 20 years in hospitality—understanding people, storytelling, energy, and networking—which became the foundation for my work in Web3 and digital spaces. Above all, creating opportunities for women and building supportive communities has driven me forward, helping me turn gaps in representation into spaces for connection, collaboration, and growth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to take a leap of faith and not hold back—don’t let fear or self-doubt stop you from pursuing what you want. Embrace mistakes and uncomfortable moments as opportunities to grow and prioritize building a strong community and fostering relationships within your niche.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in Web3 is its volatility—financially, emotionally, and culturally—combined with a male-dominated environment that can feel intimidating for women. This also presents a major opportunity: creating safe, supportive spaces where women can speak up, gain visibility, and thrive in the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are positivity, integrity, and leadership—especially in a space like crypto where skepticism and negativity are common, I strive to spread light, provide guidance, and lead by example.
