Through this framework, I work with leaders, professionals, and organizations to help them embrace transformation, unlock opportunity, and build resilient strategies for the future.

I currently serve as a Growth Mindset Catalyst for Workforce Development with Ingennicom, where I help organizations adopt AI-forward thinking and innovative workforce strategies to prepare for the next era of work.

In addition, I work as a Senior Business Development Executive with RP Returns, where I consistently generate over $1M in annual sales while helping pharmaceutical organizations remain compliant with DEA and EPA regulations through reverse distribution services.

Earlier in my career, I was a Business Development Manager at Automotive Training Institute, where I ranked among the Top 10 business development representatives nationwide, helping automotive business owners scale their operations through coaching and strategic programs.

Beyond business, I believe strongly in giving back and proudly support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, contributing to efforts that improve the lives of children and families.
