01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I think the advice that was given to me, and I feel like it's served me well, is just continue to be your authentic self. And so, like, bring your full self to work, whether that be your background, your previous work experience, like, I feel like it all adds value to whatever role you have in a pharmaceutical company, and also adds more diversity to your team, and so I think sometimes people shy away from their diversity, or the things that make them different, but I think that's kind of, like, the biggest takeaway, is to continue to be your authentic self, because diversity matters, and, different backgrounds are what are going to ultimately make this world a better place.
