I am a business intelligence, marketing technology, and legal operations professional with a strong background in data analytics, CRM strategy, and client engagement within the legal industry. I currently serve as a Business Intelligence and Innovation Analyst at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, a role I have held since August 2025, where I leverage Microsoft Power BI, artificial intelligence, and data analytics to drive business intelligence and innovation initiatives that support firm strategy and decision-making.

Prior to this role, I served as Senior Digital Marketing and CRM Coordinator at DLA Piper for over a year, where I managed marketing technology, data collection, and CRM platforms to support the firm's digital marketing and client engagement efforts. I also served as Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at Troutman Pepper for eight months, where I supported the Privacy and Cybersecurity and White Collar practices through data management and new business development initiatives.

Before that, I served as a Legal Client Success Manager for Marketing and Business Development at Intapp for over two years, where I worked with clients to drive customer engagement and adoption of legal technology solutions. I also served as a Litigation Legal Practice Assistant at Moore and Van Allen PLLC for over two and a half years, where I provided critical legal and administrative support to litigation teams.
