Myra Swan Kotze

Myra Swan Kotze is an accomplished Executive Pressure Specialist with approximately 10–11 years of experience supporting senior executive women and C-suite leaders navigating the demands of high-level leadership. With a background in industrial psychology, she combines professional expertise with firsthand experience as a corporate leader and entrepreneur. Myra advanced rapidly through the corporate ranks, becoming the youngest member of her team and the only woman in her corporate environment. She later partnered with her husband to build and lead a group of multimillion-dollar companies, developing a deep understanding of the professional and personal pressures that accompany executive responsibility.

Today, Myra operates a boutique, highly personalized practice serving senior executives, vice presidents, managing directors, entrepreneurs, and women leading in high-pressure or traditionally male-dominated environments. Her work focuses on helping accomplished women manage executive pressure, burnout, anxiety, panic, imposter syndrome, leadership stress, emotional strain, executive loneliness, and work-life challenges without compromising the careers they have worked hard to build. Certified in NLP and Timeline Therapy, with additional coaching training, she provides individualized, high-access support and typically works with clients for 12 months or longer. Her approach is centered on recognizing the progression of executive pressure through what she describes as “whispers, signals, and screams.”

Myra’s commitment to this work is rooted in personal experience. The sustained pressure of her own executive career eventually affected her health, marriage, and relationship with her daughter, prompting her to step away from her previous career and reassess what success meant to her. After rebuilding those important relationships, she dedicated herself to developing a specialized approach that could help other accomplished women avoid having to choose between professional achievement and personal well-being. Originally from South Africa, Myra later relocated with her family to Thailand and now builds her work around a guiding philosophy: “There’s a woman behind every title.” Through her practice, she helps women remain successful at the highest levels of leadership while protecting their well-being, relationships, and lives beyond their professional titles.
