About Myrna
Myrna Farley owns and operates Clean Sweep Services, LLC and Filipino General Services, LLC, providing commercial cleaning services primarily in Maryland and Virginia since beginning in the field in 2009. She also founded Triple M Healthcare Services in 2024, which serves clients in Arundel County and focuses on federal programs such as Medicare and veterans services for consistent operations. Farley earned her degree as an accounting major with business administration from the Philippines, where she previously ran an auditing firm and worked at Central Properties Management. After immigrating to the United States, she gained three years of experience in the accounting department of a multinational cleaning company before resigning to launch her first cleaning business. She remains hands-on in managing her companies and sponsors volunteer work through her businesses at hospitals and churches in Annapolis. Farley emphasizes providing care from the heart in her healthcare services and draws motivation from her experiences caring for family and elderly individuals.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For the young woman, it's to give up, and continue to fight and be resourceful and persevere for whatever their goals. Never give up. Just do whatever they can do, even I know this time it's very hard, it's really hard, but you just have to continue to believe yourself, to be like, that you can do it, that there's nothing impossible if you believe into yourself and trust God. Also, put God in their life. Just continue believing in their self. Never, never doubt to their self that they cannot do it. Everybody can do it if you persevere. If you have that dedication and perseverance and, you know, like, motivation on yourself. To surpass, and whatever hardships that you're dealing with, or you're going through. There's nothing that you cannot overcome, as long as you have faith in yourself, you have faith, number one, to God, and trust in God in everything.
