And it's a reminder to look back and on my journey throughout the years that led me up to this point in my career, there have been so many incredible people who came alongside me. Who mentored me, who believed in me, who breathed life into me. Encouraged me and supported me. And probably saw in me something that I did not yet see in myself. And so. To be on the other side of that now. And to have the opportunity and the privilege to be that for someone else. It's such an honor. What's one piece advice would you give to younger women chasing their dreams?Myrna Srouji RVT: You'll cross paths with people along the way throughout the journey of your career. Who won't necessarily share your same vision. Or your. Appreciate your unique perspective. And because of that, you will face rejection. You will hear a lot of no's before you hear a yes. Why do I keep showing up for this? Keeping that at the forefront of your mind. Will be your North Star on those harder days where you're feeling discouraged and down. And maybe questioning things. That will be your reminder. That, oh yeah, OK, that's why this matters so much. This is so worth fighting for. And please never forget that there is only one you in this entire world, there is only one you. And you have something of value. That brought you here for a reason. You are not here on accident. So be proud of who you are. Of your authentic beautiful unique self and lead from that place. Because if you're true to yourself. And you follow your heart.
