01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

You have to learn to believe in yourself. Have a goal, believe in yourself, know that you can achieve this. No matter what the obstacle that you have faced in life, you can do this, you can be somebody. ... if she fails the first time, get back up and finish again... Plan as many goals if you start off with short goals, and you can achieve what it is that you're trying to achieve.
