Nada Maher

Nada Maher serves as Visiting Store Manager (VSM) at Ross Stores in Atlanta, Georgia. With 17 years in the retail industry, including 15 years as a store manager, she has progressed from a part-time seasonal associate starting in 2012 to her current leadership role, which involves managing a high-volume location while also overseeing new store openings and holding teams accountable across multiple sites. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in management, which she credits with providing the reasoning and professional framework to run profitable businesses and develop people effectively. Her main areas of expertise include people's development and converting challenging or focused businesses into profitable model stores or multi-unit operations. Coming from Iraq as an immigrant with English as her second language, she began her U.S. career in entry-level retail after relocating and has built her path through persistence and a passion for leadership.
