Ten minutes with Nada

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being a survivor with a love of life, always taking chances, and having no fear of failure because even if I fail I learn something. My passion for people and being a 100% extrovert has also been key, along with getting the right degree that matches my experience.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Never fear to take chances. The sky is truly the limit. Everything starts small and ends up being so big except problems, which you dissolve. Keep your head up, take a partner when available, remind yourself you are worth it and capable. Find something you love and have passion for. Provide something no other person can do by being consistent and an inspiration.
