About Nadasha
Nadasha Valliere brings a decade of experience in business and logistics to her role overseeing inventory management at a major corporation. She began her career there immediately after high school while initially pursuing nursing studies, but soon developed a passion for business operations, advancing from a shipping area to her current inventory responsibilities where she has implemented standards, themes, and technology solutions including AI to enhance efficiency. Valliere earned her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in business management in August and plans to pursue a master's degree. She participates in her company's ERG program and supports community efforts in Lafayette, Louisiana, through the Proud Committee, Healing House initiatives, and assistance at Northside High. Valliere attributes her success to her willingness to learn, speak up, embrace challenges, and take calculated risks, guided by core values of accountability, growth, respect, integrity, authenticity, and continuous learning.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My willingness to learn, my willingness to speak, and also I love to take on a challenge even when I don't feel comfortable taking it on. I'm not afraid to take the risk because I feel like with risk there is reward.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take up the space and don't be afraid to use your voice. You don't have to know everything when you walk into a room. Asking questions so you can learn and not being afraid to ask the questions if you don't know either.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Using technology and data to make operations more smarter and efficient.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Accountability is top on my list, growth, Respect for myself and others, Integrity, Authenticity, being okay with not knowing everything but still being able to find the why, not giving up. I never want to stop growing. I never want to stop learning.
