About Nadege
I'm the CEO and founder of Fancy Events and Party Rentals, where I've been working in this field for 4 years now. Since we're an event company and party rentals business, we're mostly busy on weekends - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are when we have most of our events, while weekdays are a little bit freer. My most notable professional achievement has been being able to satisfy my clients and scaling my business in the space of just 2 years. I've been importing goods from China into the United States, which allows me to satisfy other vendors who are getting into the field and don't have the capital to start their business. I hold a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in international law. My success comes from my family, who are one of the greatest pushes that I have - my friends and loved ones around me keep pushing me to get to the top each time.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my family - they are one of the greatest pushes that I have. The friends and loved ones around me keep pushing me to get to the top each time. My family, friends, and loved ones are constantly encouraging me and driving me forward, and that support system has been essential to everything I've achieved.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I've ever received is to put your trust in everything you do. For everything that you do, always put in your best, because at the end of the day, it's going to be rewarded. This advice has guided me to give my all in every aspect of my work, knowing that the effort will pay off.
