Nadege Dolsaint is the founder of Complete Renewal, a faith-based health, wellness, and beauty company dedicated to helping women reclaim their confidence through plant-based, non-toxic skincare and holistic wellness education. Based in Florida, Nadege is both a stay-at-home mom and entrepreneur who has spent the last decade in wellness and the past five years building her beauty brand. Her work focuses on helping women struggling with hormonal skin issues, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, and hormonal imbalances find safe, effective solutions that support both their outer beauty and overall well-being.

Nadege’s journey into entrepreneurship began from her own personal health struggles after the birth of her son, when she experienced severe hormonal imbalance, cystic acne, and skin issues that traditional products only made worse. Drawing from her background in science, nutrition, psychology, and herbal wellness, as well as her upbringing in Haiti where natural remedies played an important role, she began researching ingredients and creating her own formulas. She discovered that many conventional beauty products contained endocrine-disrupting ingredients that could worsen hormonal imbalance, which inspired her to create safer alternatives. What started as a personal search for healing quickly evolved into a mission-driven business focused on helping other women feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Today, Nadege leads Complete Renewal with the belief that beauty should never come at the expense of health. In addition to offering handcrafted skincare and haircare products, she provides wellness coaching for women dealing with fibroids, PCOS, fertility challenges, and hormonal concerns. Through her On the Go Spa Initiative, she also offers free community wellness education designed to help women balance self-care and improve their health naturally. As she continues to grow her business, Nadege hopes to one day open a manufacturing facility that provides flexible work opportunities for women who need to care for their families while still pursuing meaningful employment.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience, discipline, and staying grounded in my mission to help women live healthier, more confident lives. My background in science, nutrition, and herbal wellness, along with my own personal health journey, has given me the knowledge and passion to build something meaningful.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

One of the most important lessons I've learned from my mentor is remaining true to who I am. Through the programs I've been part of, like Jax Bridges and the Hello Alice and Botox Cosmetics cohort with all women, I learned how we all are going through different phases of life, and whether they're making billions of dollars or just $2,000 a month, they were showing up. I learned a lot of gems from other women. I've been blessed with a mentor who was a judge that I had to pitch to, and she ended up being my mentor now, which is a huge blessing.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say, first, if you have passion behind this, don't wait until everything is perfect to begin. I would say to start, stay rooted in your why, and build with consistency. Sometimes the very struggle that you're struggling with, the very thing that you're struggling with is a lot of times the things that you're called to solve for other people. Don't look at your current circumstance as if you failed or your time is up, but find out the lesson in the season that you're in, and really use that. We are a faith-based business, and I'm Christian, so holding on to that lesson and finding out your why is important. My issue became what I was created to solve, a part of what I was created to solve. So don't dismiss the hardship season, but really examine and take them to heart. And stay true to yourself. At the end of the day, there might be many beauty brands or many beauty wellness brands, but no one can tell your story like you can.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would definitely say it's been building something meaningful while wearing many hats. As a founder, especially in early stages, I manufacture everything, and my goal is to actually soon have a manufacturing facility where women who are not able to have full-time jobs can work part-time so they can care for their families. That's the goal behind that. But just managing all of that and customer service can be challenging. One of the things that it has taught me is resilience. It has taught me discipline, and it's how to stay connected to the mission that I'm building, not renting to prove something, but really staying grounded.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

My faith is the foundation of everything I do, and I believe in prioritizing health, safety, and integrity in beauty and wellness. I value serving women and my community with authenticity, while staying resilient and disciplined in both my personal life and my work.
