About Nadia
Nadia Conley is a seasoned technology sales professional and Senior Account Executive at Dell Technologies, where she has built a career spanning more than two decades. She began her journey with Dell in 2002 at the company's headquarters in Round Rock, Texas, initially working in an inside post-sales role before progressing into software sales. In 2012, she relocated to Florida to serve as a core Account Executive, managing customer relationships and business growth, and later moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she currently focuses on state, local, and government accounts across the state.
Originally from France and born in Martinique, Nadia brings a strong international perspective to her professional career. She studied International Business at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, and also attended The American University of Paris. Her fluency in both English and French has supported her ability to work effectively in diverse environments and build relationships across different markets. Her professional expertise includes enterprise technology sales, software solutions, cloud computing, customer relationship management, and state and local government accounts.
Throughout her career, Nadia has emphasized consistency, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous professional growth. She has been involved in Dell's employee resource groups and has supported a dog rescue organization in South Korea through volunteer work and financial contributions. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the perseverance and resilience I developed through my educational experiences in France, Barbados, and the United States. Each experience strengthened my ability to adapt, overcome challenges, and keep moving forward.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering this male-dominated industry to stay confident and never be intimidated. Take a step back when needed, focus on what you can control, and give yourself a moment to respond thoughtfully in high-pressure situations.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are consistency, collaboration, transparency, and partnership. Throughout my career at Dell, I focused on building strong relationships, growing customer partnerships, and learning from mentors and leaders who demonstrated the importance of trust and teamwork.
