Nadia Elsayed

Nadia Elsayed serves as a program manager, focusing on coordinating stakeholders across business units and regions to implement end-to-end programs with a strong emphasis on the customer journey and training needs in areas such as data analytics, machine learning, business users, and data engineers. Her career began with marketing, graphic design, and sales of high-end boats at a marina in rural Pennsylvania before transitioning to tech, where she started at ADP as an executive administrator through a contract, advanced to project specialist, and later moved to Databricks. She earned a bachelor's degree in business management, public relations, and communications after studying abroad in Greece for four months, and she speaks English and Arabic. Nadia is based in Randolph, New Jersey, and contributes to community efforts as an organ donor and through donations of clothing for the Venezuela catastrophe delivered to local churches.
