What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to focus on gaining experience first. Entrepreneurship is not easy, and learning the fundamentals before taking the leap makes a meaningful difference. Seek opportunities to learn, apply real-world experience, and grow your skills. Most importantly, believe in yourself and strive to be the best version of who you are.
