What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
When reflecting on the professional journey that has shaped my approach to business, the most impactful career advice I’ve ever received is the importance of maintaining emotional equilibrium: never take setbacks personally, and never allow a lost deal to dictate your emotional state. It is easy to become deeply attached to outcomes; however, I’ve learned that a "no" is rarely a reflection of one's personal worth or professional capability. By stripping away the ego and responding with logic rather than emotion, I am able to view every lost opportunity as a data point for growth. This perspective allows me to remain resilient, pivot quickly, and maintain a clear-headed focus on the next objective without the weight of past frustrations. In this industry, success belongs to those who can navigate the highs and lows with unwavering composure and a steadfast commitment to the long-term vision.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
