Her Interview
Ten minutes with Nadia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to perseverance, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. I have never been satisfied with mediocrity and constantly challenge myself to learn, grow, and excel in everything I pursue. Whether earning new certifications, advancing my education, or taking on greater responsibilities, I believe that success comes from refusing to give up and always striving to become better than I was yesterday.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to never let anyone tell me that I am not ready or that I do not have what it takes to succeed. I have learned to trust my abilities, pursue my passions with confidence, and move forward despite doubt or obstacles. Believing in myself has been one of the most important factors in my professional growth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice is to be confident, speak up, and never be intimidated by the fact that finance has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. If you are knowledgeable, prepared, and willing to ask thoughtful questions, people will recognize your expertise and respect your contributions. This profession needs more women because we bring valuable perspectives and can better connect with female clients. Show up with confidence every day, continue learning, and never be afraid to pursue opportunities that challenge you.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest opportunities in finance is that the demand for trusted financial advice will always exist. While technology and artificial intelligence continue to evolve, they cannot replace human wisdom, emotional intelligence, or the ability to understand a client's personal goals and concerns. Many individuals still carry uncertainty from past financial crises and want guidance from someone they trust. As financial planning continues to evolve, professionals who combine technical expertise with empathy and personalized advice will have limitless opportunities for growth.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, honesty, and authenticity are the foundation of everything I do. I believe in maintaining strong morals and ethical standards while remaining driven, ambitious, and committed to excellence. I strive to earn my clients' trust through transparency and professionalism while continuously pushing myself to achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.
