Her Interview

Ten minutes with Nadia

01What do you attribute your success to?

The idea is that understanding markets and economics, developing technical/AI skills, and learning finance and business gives you the ability to eventually build rather than simply work inside someone else’s system.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to never think of my career as a single lane. Economics taught me how to understand systems, finance taught me how capital moves, and technology is teaching me how to build. I’ve learned that the greatest opportunity comes from combining those disciplines and using them to create something of my own.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do your own research, and explore your own mind, because it's expansive. There's a lot of things that are to come.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Being able to show out for your demographic, especially women in my field.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Build with purpose, learn continuously, create financial opportunity, and leave something behind that is bigger than yourself.
