Nadia Vaca Diez

Nadia M. Vaca Diez is a dedicated Continuous Improvement Engineer at Kemco Systems, where she applies Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision making. With a strong background in industrial engineering, Nadia has contributed to supply chain and process improvements across multiple projects, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and measurable results. She is passionate about leveraging continuous improvement strategies to create value for both her organization and clients.

Prior to her current role, Nadia gained experience as a Supply Chain Process Engineer and Industrial Engineering Intern at Kemco Systems, building a strong foundation in process analysis, efficiency optimization, and project management. Alongside her professional work, she is the founder of Trenzando Sonrisas Bolivia, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting communities in need, reflecting her commitment to social impact and global engagement.

A University of South Florida alumna, Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on logistics, materials, and supply chain management.
