01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Never stop learning, regardless of how much experience or knowledge you gain. Continuous learning is what drives professional growth and excellence. Learn from those who mentor and inspire you, and just as importantly, share your knowledge and experience with your team. True growth comes not only from what you learn, but also from what you give back to others.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Follow your passion and choose a path that genuinely aligns with your interests and strengths. When you are passionate about what you do, growth, recognition, and opportunities will naturally follow. If you aspire to become a leader, learn to see situations from others’ perspectives and think beyond your individual role. Stay humble, avoid overconfidence, and remain committed to continuous learning. True leadership is built through empathy, self-awareness, and a willingness to grow.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest opportunities in HR is leveraging AI and technology to make recruitment, talent development, and workforce management more efficient and data-driven. At the same time, organizations must balance technology with the human element—ensuring fairness, meaningful employee engagement, and strong candidate experiences. The ability to continuously adapt, learn new skills, and embrace change will be critical for HR professionals and organizations moving forward.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, respect, empathy, and continuous growth are the values I consider most important. I believe in being honest and accountable in my work, treating everyone with respect, and leading with empathy and understanding.
