Her Story

About Nagham

I came to the United States as a refugee from Iraq and wanted to become a teacher to make a difference. I became a teacher, then administrator, then school principal for 8 years where I focused on training my team. I got certified in Maxwell Leadership and DISC behavioral analysis. I then became director of mentoring and coaching for 3 years before starting my own business 3 years ago to train managers and supervisors without restrictions.
