01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of discipline, technical mastery ,consistency and unwavering commitment to excellence.I invested deeply in both formal education and hands-on experience, ensuring that my work is grounded in knowledge, precision, and integrity.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advise came from one of my mentors ,Mark Schneider ,who consistently emphasized the importance of teaching others the right way within the jewelry industry .He taught me that true success is not measured solely by personal achievements ,but by the responsibility to uphold industry standards ,share knowledge ethically ,and help other grow through proper education and guidance. His advice reinforced my commitment to integrity, mentorship, and preserving the craftsmanship and professionalism of the trade .
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the jewerly industry is to master the craft before chasing the spotlight .Invest in education ,learn the technical foundations, and understand the materials you work with -from metals and gemstones to construction and quality standard .Knowledge is power in this industry and it earns you respect.I would also encourage them to protect their integrity and their worth .Do not allow short cuts ,trends ,or external pressure t compromise quality or ethics.Be confident in what you know ,ask questions without hesitation , and never undervalue your skill or labor .
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the jewelry industry today is maintaining professional standards in a oversaturated market .Social media and low barriers t entry have created an influx of sellers offering jewerly services without proper education, training ,or ethical grounding .This will confuse consumers ,dilute perceived value ,and undermine trust.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, craftsmanship ,family balance ,and living with purpose are what guide me both in my work and personal life .
