01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the event industry is simple: go for it. Have the faith of a mustard seed and believe in yourself and in the opportunities meant for you. I believe that what is meant for me will be for me, and I carry that mindset throughout both my professional and personal life.
