What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating bureaucratic barriers that make it difficult to access financial assistance for pursuing advanced degrees in Mental Health and Addiction medicine. At the same time, these challenges present an opportunity to advocate for more accessible support systems and resources for professionals seeking to expand their expertise.
