Nancy Amato

Nuncia Amato serves as Senior Manager for the Away From Home team at the Hershey Company. In this role, she leads national accounts and industrial third-party partners from an away-from-home perspective across both food service and retail spaces. Her responsibilities include bringing Hershey's iconic brands and ingredients to life for consumers at restaurants, stadiums, airports, and other locations through direct operator partnerships and indirect solutions providers. Amato has spent a little over 22 years with Hershey in various capacities, including finance, sales, marketing, and blended sales-marketing functions, after beginning as a college intern. She has focused on the away-from-home space for about four and a half years. Her background includes growing up in the restaurant industry with her family's independent restaurants, which fostered her appreciation for service and consumer moments. Recently, she played a key part in launching a new partner engagement model that expanded reach to more distributors and operators, resulting in optimized service and growth after nine months of cross-functional effort. Amato values the people and culture at Hershey and aspires to continue growing in responsibilities that allow her to own meaningful work.
