I attribute my success to my mother, who was a tremendous influence on me—she taught me how to connect with people, work hard, and lead with integrity. Thanks to her guidance, I began college at 16, earned two bachelor's degrees and an MBA, and have since spent over 20 years in the legal field and 35 in IT, helping companies grow from 100 to over 20,000 employees through innovative leadership and strategic vision.

The best career advice I ever received came from my mom, a respected journalist and award-winner, who taught me to lead with integrity, stay curious, and never stop striving for excellence.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is finding ways to help everyone who needs support, as I’m deeply committed to my community and driven to make a lasting impact that leaves a legacy for other women to follow.
