Nancy Hillman

Nancy Hillman began her professional career as a speech-language pathologist, completing the typical track of a master's degree followed by a clinical fellowship and then working in the field for three years. Seeking greater potential for growth than most healthcare positions allow, she spent about a year applying to entry-level sales roles before securing a cybersecurity sales position at Doppel. There she has immersed herself in the fast-paced and competitive cybersecurity industry, contributing to the company's mission of using AI to fight malicious AI involved in social engineering. Hillman maintains her membership in the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association to keep her license active. She considers her most notable achievement to be her successful transition out of speech therapy, which has allowed her to prove her abilities in a male-dominated field and demonstrate how skills from difficult patient conversations translate directly to sales. Hillman aspires to advance to an account executive role, continuing to grow her cybersecurity and business expertise as well as her professional network.
