Kansas City, MO 64108

Nancy McCullough is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of e2E, LLC, where she leads strategy and growth for a firm providing finance and HR shared services and advisory support to startups, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Under her leadership, e2E has grown into a multidisciplinary organization supporting clients across the entrepreneurial lifecycle, with Nancy managing a team of approximately 50–55 employees and working closely with leadership on sales strategy, organizational scaling, and client success. She is known for building strong financial and people operations foundations that enable organizations to scale sustainably while maintaining mission and culture.

With nearly 35 years of experience in accounting and finance, Nancy began her career as an auditor in Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneurial Services division and went on to hold corporate controller and CFO roles in high-growth companies, as well as leadership positions in private equity environments integrating acquired businesses. She served nearly a decade at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation—first as Controller and later as Chief Financial Officer—where her exposure to entrepreneurial ecosystems and nonprofit financial models inspired her to launch e2E approximately 13 years ago. Her work today centers on strengthening finance and HR infrastructure for growing organizations and developing leaders, with a strong emphasis on people-first leadership and helping managers evolve into strategic, high-impact roles.

Nancy is active in the nonprofit community, serving in advisory roles on nonprofit boards and contributing her financial and governance expertise to mission-driven organizations. Her firm has been recognized on local lists of Kansas City’s fastest-growing companies, reflecting both strong business performance and client trust. A respected mentor and strategic advisor, Nancy is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, executives, and nonprofit leaders with the systems, insights, and leadership capabilities needed to move confidently from entrepreneur to enterprise.

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay grounded in purpose while remaining open to continual growth. I’ll be sharing more about e2E’s mission and goals, and how we hope to connect with and inspire other women in our community, with additional details to follow from Ann and me, including insights into our work, my passions, and the people who have shaped my journey. I would especially like to highlight my pastor, who is also an entrepreneur and has been a tremendous source of encouragement and guidance in both my personal life and professional growth. His mentorship and example have motivated me to lead with integrity, faith, and service, and I’m grateful for his support. I will also be recognizing other individuals who have encouraged and influenced my path, as their impact has been instrumental in shaping who I am as a leader and entrepreneur today.
