About Nancy
I started at Procter & Gamble as a line person watching soap bottles. On breaks I figured out my machine and they offered me maintenance with school. After a year I left for Sara Lee as an engineer and tipper tie mechanic, quickly running maintenance for both sides. I moved to San Antonio for Coca-Cola then back to Kansas City. At Anchor Sales and Service I took over the struggling service side for overhead cranes and within 6 months grew it to 15 employees, turning the business around.
