I attribute my success to confidence and a love of learning. I believe in my ability to tackle challenges, research solutions, and follow through thoughtfully, even in situations where no one has the immediate answer. At the same time, staying curious and embracing continuous learning has allowed me to adapt in a rapidly changing professional landscape, especially with emerging technologies like AI reshaping industries.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to cultivate a genuine curiosity and gain a broad range of experiences across the sector. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and try things you may not know much about—whether you enjoy them or not, the experience is always valuable and temporary, and it helps you grow.

The biggest challenges in my field include navigating a male-dominated culture, which requires resilience and proactive self-advocacy, as well as keeping pace with rapid technological change. At the same time, emerging technologies like AI present significant opportunities to innovate and address evolving threats.

The values that matter most to me are integrity, positivity, and realism. Integrity means having the courage to admit what you don’t know and being someone others can trust. Positivity fosters a supportive, can-do environment, while realism keeps me grounded and practical in both work and life.
