About Nani
Nani Sinacola is a Personal Branding Strategist and Workforce Connector with nearly a decade of experience in career development, workforce development, and professional training. Her work focuses on helping people recognize their value, communicate their strengths with confidence, and build the relationships and visibility that create meaningful career opportunities.
After immigrating to the United States and navigating her own career transition, Nani developed a deep understanding of the challenges professionals can face when rebuilding their careers in a new environment. That experience continues to shape her approach, particularly in her work with immigrants, first-generation professionals, and individuals navigating transitions within the U.S. workforce.
Nani has collaborated with organizations including Harvard Ed Portal, LabCentral, Franklin Cummings Tech, and other educational and workforce-development partners. Through workshops, career-readiness programming, and strategic partnerships, she brings together personal branding, relationship building, professional visibility, and workforce connection.
Today, Nani is expanding her work beyond traditional one-on-one career coaching to build partnerships with organizations and deliver training that strengthens both individual talent and the broader workforce ecosystem.
