Nani Sinacola

Nani Sinacola brings nearly a decade of experience to her role as a career coach and personal branding consultant. After moving to the United States 13 years ago and spending four years in the hospitality industry, she discovered her passion for supporting immigrants and first-generation professionals. She helps clients validate their credentials, develop their personal brands, refine resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and access professional resources. Nani works extensively with nonprofits and educational institutions, including JBS Boston since 2018, Harvard Ed Portal, LabCentral, and various universities where she leads workshops and bootcamps. She also volunteers with VINs to assist the Colombian community in finding suitable employment. Central to her approach is the belief in the power of self-awareness and visibility, encouraging clients to identify their strengths and build meaningful professional relationships. Her own journey overcoming language barriers and credential validation informs her commitment to empowering others facing similar challenges.
