Her Story

About Naomi

I created Whole Mind & Spirit from a desire to offer a more intentional and grounded approach to personal growth—one that acknowledges the connection between mindset, behavior, and spiritual alignment.

Many of the individuals I work with are navigating seasons of transition, uncertainty, or feeling disconnected from their direction. My role is to help them slow down, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels aligned—not just externally, but internally as well.

My approach is structured, yet supportive. I help clients identify patterns, shift their thinking, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change, while also creating space for reflection and personal awareness.

My background in social services and healthcare has shaped my ability to meet people where they are, while still guiding them forward with intention and accountability. As I continue pursuing my MSW, I remain committed to growing both professionally and personally, so I can serve others with depth, integrity, and purpose.

At the core of my work is a simple goal: to help individuals move forward with clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to who they are and where they are going.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith, consistency, and a commitment to growth. Faith has been my foundation, especially during seasons of uncertainty, and has guided my decisions even when clarity wasn’t fully there.

I’ve also learned the importance of showing up consistently, even when things feel slow or unclear. Growth hasn’t come from having everything figured out, but from being willing to move forward, reflect, and adjust along the way.

Lastly, I believe my ability to stay grounded and intentional in how I support others has allowed me to build something that is both meaningful and sustainable.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take the time to truly understand who you are and what you stand for before trying to build something for others. It’s easy to feel pressure to follow trends or replicate what others are doing, but your impact comes from authenticity and alignment.

Don’t rush the process. Growth takes time, and developing confidence in your voice and approach is just as important as gaining experience.

Also, be mindful of boundaries—both personally and professionally. In a field centered around supporting others, it’s important to remain grounded, structured, and intentional so that you can serve others without losing yourself in the process.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in this field is the lack of clarity between coaching and therapy. Many people are seeking support but aren’t always sure what type of service best fits their needs. This creates both confusion and an opportunity for professionals to clearly define their role and approach.

At the same time, there is a growing openness to personal development and faith-based support, which creates space for more intentional and aligned work.

I see a strong opportunity in providing structured, grounded coaching that helps individuals build awareness, take action, and grow in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with their values.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Faith, integrity, and intentionality are at the core of both my work and personal life.

Faith guides my decisions and keeps me grounded, especially during uncertain seasons. Integrity ensures that I show up honestly and consistently, both in how I support others and how I continue to grow myself.

Intentionality allows me to be present and thoughtful in my actions, rather than reactive. I believe that when you move with purpose and alignment, the outcomes are not only more meaningful, but also more sustainable.
