Naomi Febles

Naomi Febles is a dedicated human services professional with a strong background in case management, care coordination, and health services administration. Currently serving as a Case Planner at Good Shepherd Services in New York, Naomi manages foster care cases through reunification or goal completion, coordinating referrals, attending court proceedings, and providing consistent support to children and families. Her work is grounded in compliance-driven planning, effective time management, and the ability to navigate high caseloads while maintaining compassionate, client-centered care.

Naomi’s professional experience spans healthcare and social services, including roles as a Health Services Administrator and Medical Receptionist, where she supported patient intake, appointment coordination, insurance processing, and billing.
