Naomi Gill

Naomi Gill serves as a chaplain at a company in Northwest Arkansas, where she has worked for 4 years caring for employees in a non-hospital setting. She earned a bachelor's degree in counseling and has lived overseas for most of her life, previously working with mission organizations. Currently pursuing her master's in counseling, she leads weekly encouragement groups, conducts office visits, and provides counsel through home and hospital visits while completing her practicum. Naomi plans to graduate with her counseling license in May and hopes to support women expats internationally. Her approach emphasizes listening without assumptions and building community, values she credits in part to her faith and supportive workplace and family.
