Naomi Glaser

I am an entrepreneur, educator, and training professional with over four decades of experience in business development, curriculum design, and organizational training. I am the Co-Founder of Valera Global Inc., a company I have been building and leading since June 1986, now for over forty years. In this role, I have been at the forefront of business strategy, client partnerships, and organizational growth, building a company that has sustained its impact across decades of change in the global business landscape.

Prior to founding Valera Global, I served as National Training Director at Wilfred American Educational Corp for nine years, from January 1975 to January 1984. In this role, I researched, designed, and implemented national training centers, created and developed curricula, supervised and instructed trainers, and conducted seminars for salespersons. This foundational experience shaped my approach to education, training, and leadership development, and it continues to influence my work to this day.

Across my career in business and training, my work has been driven by a commitment to building strong organizations, developing people, and creating systems that enable success. Whether I am leading a company, training future leaders, or designing curricula, I bring strategic vision, practical expertise, and a dedication to excellence that has sustained my career for over four decades.
