Naomi Roberts
Naomi Renee Roberts is a senior logistics and operations professional with 18 years of military service, including active duty at Fort Hood, Texas, and continued leadership in the Texas Army National Guard. Her career has been rooted in logistics, transportation, and sustainment operations, where she has led complex mission support in both deployed and stateside environments. From fuel supply operations to large-scale transportation coordination, she has built a reputation for calm, disciplined leadership and the ability to turn strategic objectives into precise, executable plans.
Following a recent deployment and with retirement from military service approaching at her 20-year milestone, Naomi is actively transitioning into the civilian sector while continuing to serve in uniform. She currently works as an Operations Coordinator for government lodging with Lima Charlie Inc., a role created specifically to align with her military expertise. In this position, she supports lodging solutions for government and federal contract clients, including Texas Army National Guard and Active Duty Medical Command personnel, applying her deep understanding of military operations, procurement, and contract language to civilian industry needs.
Alongside her professional career, Naomi is an entrepreneur and community leader. She is co-founder of a notary business and a marketing company, and she serves on the board of the North Texas chapter of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) as Director of Events. Passionate about service, mentorship, and family, she is also a mother of three who values balance, purpose-driven work, and staying connected to the military community she has long served. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys riding motorcycles, including her Harley Street Glide, and embracing the freedom and discipline that continue to define her journey.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my children. My children are my driving force to anything and everything that comes up or goes on in my life. And then, of course, to my husband - my life partner, is what I like to call him. I position myself where I'm intentionally not showing up small or just showing up to do enough. I believe that anybody you come in contact with can be someone that can be a potential resource that you need later on down the road, so maintaining those relationships has always been a big thing for me. I don't just work hard, I do things with intention - especially good intention.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is to position yourself to not just work hard, but do things with intention - especially good intention. If I were to summarize it in my own words, I would say: position yourself, don't just work hard, do things with intention.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I love being an entrepreneur and working on new ideas to push my businesses forward. I am co-founder of a notary company and a marketing company. Of course, they're still startups, still in the foundation building stage, but I love that work. I also love being a mother - that's incredibly important to me. As far as hobbies, I actually ride motorcycles. I have a Harley Street Glide. I started off on the fast ones, but I've gotten a little older, so I kind of slowed down. I believe in maintaining relationships because anybody you come in contact with can be a potential resource later on down the road. I position myself to not show up small or just do enough - I do things with intention.
