Nargiza Amraeva is a beauty industry professional, retail leader, and educator with more than a decade of experience spanning aesthetics, client services, team development, and business growth. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager in the Beauty Department at Nordstrom, she is recognized for her ability to elevate customer experiences, drive sales performance, and foster positive, high-performing teams. Her career reflects a strong commitment to helping clients feel confident and supported while delivering exceptional service in luxury and beauty retail environments.
Nargiza’s journey in the beauty industry began at the front desk of a salon, where her curiosity and determination inspired her to learn every aspect of the business. After completing her professional training, she built hands-on experience as an esthetician, worked in salon settings, and later became an instructor at the same academy where she studied, helping aspiring beauty professionals develop their skills and confidence. In 2024, she launched her own independent practice, combining her passion for aesthetics with an entrepreneurial mindset and a dedication to continuous growth and innovation.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nargiza is passionate about mentorship, community service, and empowering others. A volunteer with organizations including the American Red Cross and UNESCO, she is particularly interested in initiatives that support women and individuals facing difficult circumstances. Originally educated in International Criminal Justice at John Jay College and with international roots that include studies at Westminster International University in Tashkent, she brings a global perspective to her work and leadership. As a mother of two, creator, and lifelong learner, Nargiza is driven by values of authenticity, honesty, and the belief that pursuing meaningful work can create lasting impact in the lives of others.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
To be real, to be honest. Value your own time, value your family, value your friends. And, don't fake. Be authentic. Don't think, because that is one thing that you will. It's heavy burden. And just do what you love, because at the end of the day, it's gonna show, it's gonna be easy, and people love it.
