I attribute my success to resilience, unwavering faith, determination, honesty, and a deep commitment to serving others with excellence. My life has been shaped by purpose and divine meaning, beginning with the significance of my name, Nasya—“Miracle of God”—which continues to guide my mission through Mirakul Moments. I believe every person has value and the ability to create impact when they learn to confidently and authentically position their gifts, and I view challenges, setbacks, and opportunities as part of a greater plan. Grounded in faith-centered leadership and a customer-focused approach, I am committed to building meaningful connections, delivering exceptional service, and empowering others through encouragement and mentorship. Ultimately, I define success not by achievements alone, but by the ability to uplift others, lead with integrity and compassion, and create a lasting positive impact.

The best career advice I have ever received is that every moment in life is a mirakul moment and should be embraced with gratitude and purpose. That perspective has shaped the way I approach challenges, opportunities, and growth throughout my career. By seeing life through the lens of possibility and gratitude, I am reminded to lead with intention and make each moment meaningful. As I always say, 'every moment in life is your mirakul moment,' and I really, truly believe that, because we're not guaranteed the next minute or the next second, let alone the next day. We just have to embrace every moment that God gives us.

I encourage young women entering the industry to intentionally surround themselves with a strong, supportive community of like-minded individuals who inspire, challenge, and genuinely want to see them succeed. Growth thrives through mentorship, collaboration, and authentic relationships that build confidence, resilience, and clarity of purpose. I have personally experienced how powerful this can be through my involvement in Women Into Networking, where connecting with both women and supportive allies has significantly contributed to my personal and professional growth. Above all, I believe no one is meant to navigate their journey alone—community has the power to transform vision into meaningful impact.

One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the ability to shift perspective and view challenges as catalysts for growth and innovation. I believe that when individuals change their mindset, obstacles become stepping stones that lead to greater creativity, resilience, and leadership. This mindset shift allows professionals to adapt more effectively in an ever-evolving industry and remain open to new possibilities. Ultimately, I see this approach as a powerful way to transform limitations into opportunities for impact and advancement. As I think about challenges, I ask myself: How can I overcome those challenges? When I think about that, I think about my mindset. How can I shift my mindset to combat these challenges, and not see it as an obstacle, but use it as a learning experience to press forward?

The values most important to me in both my personal and professional life are faith, authenticity, integrity, empowerment, and meaningful human connection. Through Mirakul Moments, I am committed to uplifting and inspiring others to recognize the “mirakul” in every season of life, while creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow. My faith serves as the foundation of everything I do, guiding me to trust the process and remain grounded in purpose through both challenges and opportunities. I also value authenticity and transparency, as I believe true transformation happens when people are free to be fully themselves without fear of judgment or pressure to conform. Integrity is essential to me—I strive to be consistent, honest, and a person of my word—while also empowering others through mentorship, encouragement, and practical tools that build confidence and resilience. Above all, I am focused on living and leading as my most authentic self, embracing who God created me to be, and continuing to grow in truth, communication, and connection with others.
