Natacha Alcindor

Natacha Alcindor is the Regional Housing Operations Manager at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, where she has worked for 3.5 years. She brings more than 12 years of experience in the housing field, having previously held positions with the city and apartment complexes. Her passion for helping others stems from her own early experiences with housing instability. In her role, Alcindor travels for work, conducts meetings, interacts directly with tenants, and provides guidance to those in need, often serving as an informal source of support. She founded Pain With No Scars in 2019, a nonprofit that hosts yearly conferences, brunches, and prayer gatherings to help people move beyond pain and find community support. Alcindor has received trophies from other women's organizations in recognition of her efforts.
